Minimum Requirements

The following criteria needs to met to apply for bridging finance:

  • Must be a registered entity (no sole proprietors)
  • Been trading for 3+ years
  • Minimum annual turnover of R10m
  • 12-months bank statements must be provided for all applications
  • For applications over R1m, most recent annual financial statements, management accounts plus VAT & PAYE statements from e-filing 
  • For applications over R3m, all the above plus debtors & creditors age analysis and copies of contracts with debtors
